• Prescription images: uploaded photos used solely to verify medicine requirements; reviewed only by licensed pharmacists.
• Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and device information collected through standard server logs and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process and deliver your orders.
• To verify prescriptions through our licensed pharmacist team.
• To send order updates and important account notifications.
• To improve our product catalogue and AI-assisted search features.
• To comply with Bangladeshi pharmaceutical and tax regulations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Delivery partners — name and address for order fulfillment.
• Payment processors — transaction data (we never see raw card numbers).
• Regulatory authorities — when required by Bangladeshi law (DGDA, NBR).

Order and account data is retained for 7 years to comply with Bangladeshi tax law. Prescription images are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

7. Your Rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information via your account settings.
• Request deletion of non-legally-required data.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified by email and a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
